I guess I’m back on tumblr… at least while this spectacular new Executive suite is available.
Hi All. I too shall be in this upcoming show and I can’t wait. Although this gif is all that will be bashing through my head for the next two weeks.
Hey, friends! I’ve got work in the upcoming exhibition WES ANDERSHOW: An Artistic Tribute to the Films of Wes Anderson! I’m suuuper excited to be involved in this – anyone who knows me even a little knows how much I love Anderson’s work, and I’m just as pumped to have my name next to the other artists who’re participating. It’s gonna be a great show! ♥

Haven’t you always wanted to be a Tenenbaum? Well now you can, because here’s the official announcement for my next art show I’m curating: THE WES ANDERSHOW!
An artistic tribute to the films of Wes Anderson, the opening gallery reception will be at MELTDOWN COMICS on Sunset Blvd, Saturday MARCH 8TH at 7PM! Artwork! Refreshments! Live entertainment! Photo fun! And check out this poster showcasing the INCREDIBLE list of contributing artists!!! Mark your calendars, this is a spectacular night you won’t want to miss!
Yet again into the fray. This show is going to be quite epic. Not only in the sheer volume of “many faces” that I’ve promised Nico but also look at all that talent. This must be how a tiny hill feels when surrounded by Everests.
Now it’s your turn! Got a FLEX spending account or FSA? You only have 6 days to use it or lose it! Use what you have to get what you really want. A fab new pair of rx specs or shades from @gogoshaoptique #gogosha #gogohaoptique #fsa #flexspending #eyewear #glasses #sunglasses. (at Gogosha Optique)
I’ll always give a reblog to my ladies at Gogosha!
Also, I did this flyer so I’m being slightly self serving too.
Most of Austin Salmi’s pieces have been sold. These are the last two left. Snatch them up before someone else does! $30 each. Message for details.
Hey all, turns out of the 16 pieces I did for the X-Files show all but 2 of them sold. Talk about a ridiculously amazing feeling. Thanks again to Erika and Rodney for including me in such an great show. Well done guys.
2013 has been chocked full of amazing moments and now I get to add another to the pile. I’ve been asked to contribute to a show dedicated to one of my all time favorite comics of all time, Sandman. As if that wasn’t amazing enough, Neil Gaiman (author of Sandman and so many other amazing stories) has kindly reblogged the notice. This show marks my first appearance in a gallery space outside the Los Angeles area. First SF, then THE WORLD!

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Mulder, Scully, and anything that cannot be programmed, categorized, or easily referenced, we’ll be holding a special art show to honor one of the most important and influential shows of all-time. Join us opening night,December 6th, at the Nerdist Showroom (7522 Sunset Blvd) from 7 to 10pm as we fight the future with over 50 artists!
The spookiness continues with themed cocktails, extraterrestrial pastries, and a very familiar kind of photo booth!
We all want to believe, even for just one night.

Here they are. All 32 of my Twin Peaks pieces. I can’t thank Nico enough for putting this show together and asking me for a contribution. Did he know I was going to do 32 contributions? Nope. Yet not only did he roll with it, he put my stuff in a place where you couldn’t help but see it when walking in the door. Saturday was as surreal as twin peaks for me and I loved every minute of it.
